What does the Wellbeing Program include:

To start with, we are offering the following services:

Clinical Pilates (Studio):

Pilates is a unique exercise system designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body while calming and quieting the mind. Our Clinical Pilates is run by our Physiotherapists and includes reformer work.  For more info, click here

Tai Chi:

T’ai chi ch’uan or tàijíquán is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.  The movements are intended to return both body and mind to their original nature. Yoga:

A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation.  We are offering Beginners Yoga in our Wellbeing Timetable.  Yoga Fitness and Body Balance will still be offered as part of our IBF Timetable.

Beginners Yoga is perfect for anyone coming from Physio treatment, pregnant women, people with blood pressure challenges, and people who are new to the practice of Yoga.  For more info click here.
