Have you ever wondered if Tai Chi is for you?  What about Pilates, Natural Movement, or Yoga…..?

We would like to invite you to come along and observe a class first to see if it’s something you think you might like.

If, after observing, you think you might like to try it out next time, have a chat to the instructor after the class finishes.  They have single use FREE class passes* that they can give to people who have never been before.

– Applies to ALL classes on the timetable as well as Natural Movement Tuesdays @ 6:20PM (not currently on timetable).

What is Reformer Pilates?

A circuit style Pilates session led by a physiotherapist using our reformers to provide accelerated results. The exercises are specifically designed to improve core stability, spinal mobility & restore normal movement patterns.

What is Mat Pilates?

Stand taller, sit straighter & move with better balance & coordination. A specialised mat class utilising your own body weight. Improves core stability, abdominal & back strength, flexibility & postural alignment.

What is Barre Pilates?

Get a dancer’s body without having to be one! This fast paced, full body workout fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre creating a long & lean physique, strengthening, lengthening & stretching the body from top to bottom.

What is Full Body Circuit?

Join our FUN, but challenging, all-over body blast! The ultimate simultaneous challenge of muscular strength & cardiovascular endurance. Get strong & burn fat at the same time. Start the day feeling like you’ve nailed it!

What is FIT45?

The most dynamic & effective training in ONLY 45 mins! Combination of functional strength training with bursts of intermittent cardio. Work at your own level whilst completing the most innovative, challenging & results driven workout!

What type of Yoga?

 

Hatha Vinyasa flow with a therapeutic approach.

The postures are free flowing movements, which are synchronised with breath, creating balance in the body. The coach will move slowly through the postures, developing both strength and flexibility……restore relaxation, improve posture….. leave feeling rejuvenated!

What is Tai Chi?

Tai Chi with a therapeutic evidence based approach.

With regular practice, tai chi reaches deep inside the body to benefit the entire physiology. It restores the calmness & peace of mind that is often lost through the stress & anxieties of daily life.

A gentle blend of Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga leaving you feel restored and calm.
