Jenny has special interests in muscle balancing and dry needling. Along with these special interests her love of Tai Chi complements her practice as it is evidenced based normalisation of movement. Tai Chi is the meditative dance of the Taoist, an age old Chinese tradition of the soft end Martial arts. Historically every Chinese family had their own Tai Chi, the Western world now practices 5 of the most popular forms.
Jenny has been a practitioner of the Chan Lee style for over 28 years, has taught the Sunstyle and the Modified Sunstyle for the last 10 years. The Modified Sunstyle is an easy to learn form for the Westerner unfamiliar with the Martial Arts, and has been proven to improve health measures, strengthen core, and markedly reduces falls risk by 70% when practiced daily. People who attend Tai Chi sessions report reduced stress feelings, lowering in blood Pressure readings, improved mood and sleeping, and reduced pain levels.
