What is it?

T’ai chi ch’uan or tàijíquán is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.  The movements are intended to return both body and mind to their original nature.

Getting started with Tai Chi @ Regional Physio

Our Tai Chi Classes can be attended by anyone, however if you would like to ‘kick start’ your practice, it is highly recommended to book in for some 1-on-1 introductory practice sessions with our Tai Chi Physiotherapist.  These may be rebatable on your Private Health Insurance.
