Due to popular demand for all things WELLNESS, we will soon be launching a new timetable – our WELLBEING TIMETABLE.
The timetable will include Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation (availability dependent on instructors/teachers, but we are working hard so we can offer all of these & maybe more!).
There will be short courses as well as casual classes (eligibility for casual classes may be dependent on participants completing a short course first).
We will be offering Wellbeing Packages/Memberships that will provide the best value for money, as well as casual prices for casual visits. You will also be able to sign up for an individual short course of your choice.
*Please note that this new Wellness part of the business is NOT part of the gym, so our Wellbeing Memberships will be separate to our IBF Gym Memberships.
Our goal is to create a space within the business where people can create and maintain balance for their minds, as well as their bodies.
