We are excited to announce that it’s that time of year again – time for a NEW timetable!!

As they say “a change is as good as a holiday”, so we like to change things up to keep variety for our clients, and give all classes a chance at the ‘popular’ time slots in our timetable.  We also make changes if a class is ‘not performing’ as we still need to run a viable business in order to keep all our staff employed – we know you all understand that 🙂

So, as a client, the best thing you can do is to keep coming to your favourite classes so they stay on the timetable!   🙂

This time around, due to the popularity of STEP we are offering it twice per week.  We are also offering a NEW Body Balance EXPRESS 30min class – come along in your lunch break!

On to all things Wellbeing – we are VERY EXCITED to be launching our NEW YOGA/MEDITATION (guided) class twice per week. A class for building strength and inner tranquility, including guided meditation to help restore your inner balance.

This class will be limited in numbers, in order for Karen to provide one-on-one instruction, it will be more interactive, and the focus will be on correct technique, alignment and learning.

Suitable for clients currently undergoing Physiotherapy (check with your Physio first), pregnant women, & people with blood pressure challenges.
