EXCITING TIMES AHEAD!!!

Alex, the owner of the business has a message she would like to share with you all about our exciting new direction!!!

“I am a Sports Physiotherapist and sole owner of Regional Physio & In Balance Fitness.

My specialty and passion has always been “restoration & maintenance of normal movement”.  I am very fortunate to have a highly qualified and passionate team of Sport Physiotherapists, Exercise Science Specialists, Personal Trainers, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates and Fitness Instructors.

Research & evidence based

The latest research challenges the definition of ‘normal’ and proves that repetitive, unnatural movement associated with sedentary life, and certain exercise types, is detrimental to our health and wellbeing.

Evidence indicates that restoring natural movement produces widespread health benefits, and can even change our DNA!  When it comes to optimal strength, tone & weight loss, high intensity interval training (HIIT) has been proven to be the most efficient way to get faster results in less time.

Over the next 6 months, Regional Physio & In Balance Fitness will be changing its’ direction to be more aligned with our passion/vision of the restoration and strengthening of healthy, natural movements.

MovNat & Functional Strength Training

We will be introducing ‘MovNat’ and we will be taking Strength Training to the next level in ‘Cross Training’ type exercise.

Mindfulness will have a big focus with all programs/classes because the effect of stress on our body’s ability to move naturally is huge.

Join us to become the healthiest, happiest version of yourself!

For those who choose to join us in this new direction, you will learn to move more naturally, become functionally stronger and be calmer in every day life….. basically HEALTHIER & HAPPIER!!!  Who wouldn’t want to be part of that??

We can’t wait to take you with us on this exciting new adventure, and we are working hard on putting everything in place, so that we can offer you a unique gym that specialises in functional, natural movement, which is ultimately what is best for your body & your mind.”
