    Asha has been working locally at In Balance Physiotherapy & Fitness since graduating from Notre Dame in 2008, with First Class Honours. Asha has developed a special interest in workplace health and well being, in addition to sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Training in Clinical Pilates in 2011 has given her the opportunity to complement, and extend, the hands on component of treatment provided by the physiotherapists at our clinic. Asha is a mum of 3 and loves spending time with her family leading her to develop and grow her skill set in paediatric therapy involving school screening and therapeutic programs.

    Rhiannon returns to the IBPF team after 8 years, graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 2017 and Edith Cowan University in 2013. Alex had kept tabs on her development throughout the years. Having grown up in Toodyay, Rhiannon returned to the Wheatbelt after her studies in Perth recultivating her love for the country and community. Continuing to learn and expand her skills, Rhiannon’s interests range from mindfulness and mobility in yoga to strength and rehabilitation. When not in the clinic Rhiannon is known for her love indoor plants and hosts a real-life jungle inside her living room.

    Kate is very experienced working with babies, toddler, school aged children, young adults and adults (across the lifespan) with neurological and like conditions. Her special skills lie in Biomechanics, Respiratory, Orthopaedics, Transition Periods, Fatigue Management, Equipment Prescription e.g. Walkers, Standing Frames, Orthotics, Postural Supports, Gait Re-education and Treadmill training.
